Styer Transportation has been in business since 1966. They started as a carrier for John Deere, delivering ag implement parts to their dealers. Then in the late 80’s, they started doing line haul for LTL carriers. Styer Transportation is currently running about 12 drivers locally, 20 drivers regionally (including loads to Chicago area and back), and 12 drivers on long haul, irregular route freight. About 30% of their freight is hazmat and they also do some local refrigerated hauling. The balance is general truckload van freight
